I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received regarding getting my roof
replaced. Before being introduced via phone to your company by Joyce Wright, bank manager, at the Security
bank branch I go to, I felt like I was in between a rock and a hard place. First, not having the finances to replace
my roof and secondly, not wanting the roof to go unrepaired and having to move. I was informed my roof was in
terrible shape and it needed immediate attention. Ms. Wright told me she would help me and she did indeed.
Everything was put in motion within three days after talking to her. She spoke very highly of your family and
assured me you would do a great job if you agreed to replace my roof.
Chris came to my home and talked to me and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was quite relieved. The
installers were courteous. They called the day before informing me they would like to start at 7 a.m. the
following day and they did. My roof was completed in one day and it looks great!
After speaking with Ms. Wright (Joyce) and meeting Chris (Murphy and Sons) I have proof that angels aren’t just
on TV or in the movies, e.g. “Field of Dreams,” It’s a Wonderful Life,” The Bishop’s Wife,” etc., they are walking
among us and sometimes we are blessed and fortunate enough to meet them. A week after my roof was
replaced, I called to ask a question about my roof. A young woman answering the phone greeted me
introducing herself as “Angel!” Conformation!
